The BSM1F 1MXHLM 203 booster package combines a compact Calpeda MXHLM 203 horizontal multistage pump with stainless steel manifold plumbing, supporting flows up to 80 L/Min. For vertical risers and pressurised lines, it can develop up to 31 m of head.
Hands-free pressure control is managed by differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board that tracks demand fluctuations in real time. As soon as a tap opens and line pressure dips to the cut-in point, the controller starts the pump and keeps it running until system pressure reaches the upper limit. Anti-cycling delay settings prevent rapid stop-start wear during minor draw-offs.
Potable-grade stainless steel AISI 304 suction and delivery headers provide clean, corrosion-free fluid passage across a compact footprint. Water enters the unit through a 32 mm suction manifold and exits into the building pipework via a 25 mm discharge header. Pre-fitted isolation ball valves, a spring check valve, a clear pressure gauge, and a vessel connection port make site plumbing straightforward.
Operating directly from a standard single-phase 230 V electrical supply and matching motor winding rating, this booster eliminates the need for three-phase wiring upgrades. The 2-pole induction motor runs at approximately 2900 rpm (50 Hz) with Class F insulation in full compliance with IEC 60034 standards, producing 0.37 kW (P2) of output while drawing just 3 A.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
