The BS1F 1MXH 4802 set integrates a single Calpeda MXH 4802 horizontal multistage pump onto a fully valved skid, providing flow capacity up to 1100 L/Min. Up to 35.3 m of delivery head is available to keep distribution mains pressurised.
Consistent line pressure is regulated by differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board that coordinates pump engagement automatically. When open outlets cause line pressure to fall below the cut-in threshold, the processor energises the drive and maintains output until the system refills to cut-out pressure. Built-in anti-cycling logic prevents chatter and extends the service life of electrical switchgear.
Fabricated entirely from corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304, the manifold assembly is proportioned to keep fluid velocity low even at maximum discharge. A wide 125 mm inlet collector supplies the suction eye cleanly, while the 100 mm outlet header channels pressurised water into the main riser. Isolation ball valves, a non-return check valve, a system pressure gauge, and an external tank port are pre-mounted on the frame.
Configured for a standard three-phase 415 V mains supply, the close-coupled drive motor incorporates a three-phase 400/690 V stator winding built to IEC 60034 specifications. Its 2-pole induction rotor runs at 2900 rpm (50 Hz) with Class F thermal insulation, delivering a solid 5.5 kW (P2) shaft rating while drawing a nominal current of 6.2 A.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.

- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
