Engineered to overcome elevated static heights in boutique hotels, multi-storey residences, and light industrial loops, the BSM1V 1MXHL 204-EMT provides responsive pressure boosting in a tidy single-pump format. Equipped with one Calpeda MXHL 204 horizontal multistage pump, this turnkey assembly delivers up to 80 L/Min. For vertical risers and pressurised distribution lines, the pump assembly can reach up to 42.5 m of head. It ensures upper-level fixtures and thermal exchange lines receive stable hydraulic supply.
Pressure fluctuations are eliminated by the pipe-mounted Calpeda EasyMat variable frequency converter, which continuously adapts motor rpm to live water draw. By holding a programmed setpoint across varying flow rates, the inverter avoids rapid stop-start cycling and significantly lowers daytime and overnight power usage. Integrated protection routines actively watch for dry-run conditions, overcurrent events, and supply anomalies to safeguard the entire pumping plant.
Collector headers on both sides are manufactured from durable stainless steel AISI 304, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and thermal expansion. Plumbers can easily connect building lines to the 32 mm suction inlet and 25 mm discharge outlet, with built-in isolation ball valves and a non-return check valve simplifying future maintenance. A clear system pressure gauge and a delivery header connection point for an external vessel come pre-fitted.
Powered from a single-phase 230 V mains connection, the inverter unit feeds conditioned three-phase power to the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. The 2-pole induction drive reaches a nominal speed of 2900 rpm at 50 Hz, producing 0.55 kW of shaft output while drawing a modest 1.6 A. Manufactured in line with IEC 60034 requirements and fitted with Class F insulation, the motor is built for long-term thermal endurance.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
