Multi-level office buildings, medical clinics, and pressurised heating or cooling loops require reliable vertical lift, which the BSM1V 1MXHL 205-EMT delivers with ease. Configured with a single Calpeda MXHL 205 horizontal multistage pump, this pre-piped unit supplies up to 80 L/Min. The multistage impeller stack can develop up to 53.5 m of head to overcome static building height. Its compact single-pump architecture makes it an ideal choice for plant rooms with restricted floor space.
Seamless variable-speed control comes courtesy of an onboard EasyMat frequency converter mounted directly atop the motor. By monitoring line pressure continuously, the inverter speeds up or slows down the pump to hold a steady delivery pressure regardless of how many taps open simultaneously. Built-in energy tracking and automated shut-off routines protect the hydraulic assembly from dry running, current spikes, and hydraulic shock.
Constructed with sanitary stainless steel AISI 304 suction and delivery headers, the manifold assembly resists corrosion across years of hot or cold service. Pipework connections are made simple with a 32 mm inlet and a 25 mm outlet, supported by factory-installed isolation ball valves and a check valve for hassle-free maintenance. An integrated pressure gauge and a discharge header port for an external pressure vessel are also included.
Operating from a convenient single-phase 230 V power source, the drive unit supplies variable-frequency current to the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. The 2-pole induction motor spins up to 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz cycle, rated at 0.75 kW and drawing a full-load current of 2 A. Built to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the motor ensures cool, dependable performance under continuous load.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
