Utilizing a single Calpeda MXHL 406 horizontal multistage pump, this engineered set provides flow rates up to 133.3 L/Min. For vertical risers and pressurised distribution lines, the pump assembly can reach up to 63 m of head. It is ideally suited for multi-storey buildings, HVAC make-up lines, and specialized wash systems requiring substantial pressure elevation.
Seamless speed regulation is governed by an integrated EasyMat frequency converter mounted directly on the motor frame. By continuously reading downstream manifold pressure, the drive ramps motor speed up or down in real time to hold a steady hydraulic setpoint. This smart modulation minimizes mechanical stress on pipework, logs energy data, and provides automatic cut-out protection against dry running and electrical surges.
Main stainless manifold pathways are fabricated from hygienic AISI 304 stainless steel to withstand thermal stress and aggressive water conditions. Pipework connects via a 32 mm suction header and a 25 mm discharge outlet, integrated with manual isolation ball valves and non-return valves. System status is monitored via a fitted pressure gauge, and the delivery manifold includes a dedicated port for an external accumulator vessel.
Designed for straightforward electrical hookup, the system accepts a single-phase 230 V power supply while driving a three-phase 230/400 V motor winding. Its 2-pole induction motor turns at approximately 2900 rpm (50 Hz) to deliver 1.5 kW (P2) of shaft power while drawing 3.6 A. Engineered in compliance with IEC 60034 and equipped with Class F insulation, the motor ensures long-term thermal stability.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
