Built around three heavy-duty Calpeda MXH 1602 horizontal multistage pumps, this triplex station moves up to 1250.1 L/Min. Up to 23 m of head is available to maintain line pressure across elevated risers. Splitting high flow rates across three coordinated pumps ensures rapid response to sudden draw-offs while preserving full standby security.
Variable-speed governance is handled by three pipe-mounted EasyMat frequency converters that communicate continuously to hold discharge pressure steady. Rather than running at fixed full speed, each inverter trims motor frequency to match live flow demand, reducing power bills and mechanical strain. Built-in control logic rotates the lead duty assignment automatically and monitors operating parameters to protect against dry running and electrical faults.
Oversized stainless steel AISI 304 manifolds accommodate high-volume throughput via a 100 mm suction header and an 80 mm discharge header. Heavy-duty isolation ball valves and non-return check valves are fitted on all three branches so maintenance crews can isolate individual pumps without interrupting site water supply. The delivery manifold also integrates an analogue pressure gauge and a tapping point for an external diaphragm tank.
Built to operate from a single-phase 230 V incoming supply, the onboard inverters provide variable-frequency power to the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor is rated at 1.5 kW (P2), operating up to 2900 rpm (50 Hz) with a full-load current of 3.6 A. Engineered to IEC 60034 standards with Class F winding insulation, the drive train delivers long-lasting thermal and electrical reliability.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
