Engineered for high-throughput water transfer and pressure boosting across commercial developments, the BSM3V 3MXH 2001-EMT delivers strong volumetric output with triple-pump reliability. Utilizing three Calpeda MXH 2001 horizontal multistage pumps in parallel, this factory-tested package achieves flow rates up to 1200 L/Min. The multistage impeller stack can develop up to 15.6 m of head to overcome static building height. Its triplex layout ensures that even during peak draw-off or single-unit maintenance, building supply remains stable.
Seamless pressure regulation is managed by integrated EasyMat frequency converters attached to each pump unit. By continuously sensing line pressure and adjusting motor speed in real time, the inverters prevent pressure surges and eliminate wasteful full-speed cycling. Automatic cascade logic alternates the lead pump to balance operating hours while built-in electronic protections halt operation if dry-run or overcurrent conditions arise.
Hydraulic efficiency is maximised through a 100 mm AISI 304 stainless steel suction manifold and an 80 mm delivery header designed for low-resistance flow. Every branch is fitted with dedicated isolation ball valves and non-return check valves, enabling technicians to isolate any single pump without shutting down the entire boosting station. A clear dial pressure gauge and a connection point for an external vessel are integrated into the discharge header.
Connecting to a single-phase 230 V power source, the unit's frequency converters supply regulated power to the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor is rated at 1.8 kW (P2) and operates at up to 2900 rpm (50 Hz) while drawing an economical 2.7 A. Constructed to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the motors offer robust thermal endurance across demanding duty cycles.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
