Product Overview

The Lowara 10HM12N55T is a precision-engineered pump. Extensive water treatment facilities and demanding commercial pressure boosting applications depend on strict volumetric fluid handling. Plant technicians deploy this centrifugal multistage unit to manage high-capacity utility distribution and securely transfer moderately aggressive processing liquids across heavy manufacturing zones.

System capabilities achieve an impressive Max Head 136 m alongside a continuous Max Flow 233 L/Min. The heavy-duty electric drive requires 5.5 kW of power, operating strictly via a 415v three-phase supply. Manifold integration dictates exactly 40 mm connections for the suction side and 32 mm for the outlet.

Fluid dynamic stability is achieved through a carefully aligned horizontal multistage arrangement. This non-self-priming centrifugal mechanism securely directs liquid mechanically from the axial inlet toward the radial outlet, optimizing high-capacity circulation pressure and heavily limiting mechanical turbulence.

The fully metallic AISI 316 stainless steel construction protects vital wetted components from long-term operational wear. External defense is provided by a short-circuit squirrel-cage motor carrying an IP 55 environmental rating, combined with a highly precise mechanical seal reducing operational leakage.

FEATURES
  • Complete AISI 316 stainless steel structural mechanical execution
  • Balanced non-self-priming multistage internal impeller arrangement
  • Industrial-grade TEFC surface motor structure
  • Safe for human consumption utility water networks (WRAS/ACS)
  • Engineered to accommodate operational fluid environments up to +120°C
  • Specialized mechanical sealing structure heavily limiting pressure loss
  • IP 55 physical ingress protection against operational dust and moisture

At peak demand, what fluid flow rate and discharge pipe thread sizing apply to this booster?

Discharge delivery flow peaks at a volume of approximately 233 L/Min on the 10HM12N55T, connecting via Rp 1-1/2" (40 mm) suction and Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) discharge.

What alloy metallurgy specifications and mechanical seal materials ensure long-term corrosion resistance?

Produced from AISI 316L stainless steel pump casing, diffusers, and closed impellers, the 10HM-12N-55T relies on precision mechanical seals to prevent corrosion damage.

For facility power integration, what electrical motor power rating and voltage feed are required?

The electrical power rating of the 10HM 12N 55T features a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motor fed by 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase at 9.39 / 5.43 A.

For safe long-term duty, what maximum working pressure capability and thermal limits are engineered?

Delivering safe pressure containment, the 10HM_12N_55T sustains a maximum working pressure limit of 16 bar (PN 16) across temperatures from -30°C to +120°C.

To elevate clean liquid upward, what maximum vertical head does this multistage pump reach?

Vertical fluid lift reaches a maximum dynamic head of approximately 136 m through the impellers of the 10HM12N55T.
