Product Overview
The Lowara 3HM12N11T is a precision-engineered pump. Process water applications and dedicated industrial irrigation networks require reliable centrifugal force generation. Operators specify this stainless steel water pump to drive utility liquid cycles and securely manage moderately aggressive fluid transfers.
Operating capacities establish a Max Head 89.1 m alongside a steady Max Flow 73.3 L/Min. Power depends on a 1.1 kW surface motor connected strictly to a 415v three-phase electrical circuit. Installation requires 25 mm dimensioning for all inlet and outlet plumbing.
System mechanics depend on an advanced closed impeller series assembled to minimize axial thrust forces. This centrifugal configuration produces a highly stable suction lift, securely handling high-pressure flow characteristics across demanding commercial liquid cycles.
Maximum physical protection is provided by a complete AISI 316L stainless steel structural execution. The assembly incorporates a TEFC motor housing carrying an IP 55 defense rating, alongside a precise mechanical seal protecting against unwanted liquid displacement.
FEATURES- Single-piece fabricated stainless steel compact pump body
- Industrial-grade squirrel-cage surface motor structure
- WRAS and ACS compliance for drinking water usage
- Engineered to accommodate liquid temperatures reaching +120°C
- Class 155 (F) thermal electrical insulation system
- Reduced leakage risk through specialized mechanical sealing
- Axial threaded intake and radial threaded delivery pathways

How are internal fluid pathways protected against corrosion through metallurgy and seal materials?
The metallurgy framework of the 3HM12N11T utilizes AISI 316L stainless steel pump casing, diffusers, and closed impellers, complemented by precision seals against corrosion.
In professional electrical circuits, what supply voltage and motor power kilowatt rating are needed?
Running via 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, the 3HM-12N-11T requires a 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) motor pulling a full load current of 4.01 / 2.31 A.
For high-pressure water transfer, what operating pressure boundaries and temperature limits apply?
Thermal and hydraulic limits on the 3HM 12N 11T ensure a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) with fluid temperatures from -30°C to +120°C.
When elevating water through facility risers, what peak dynamic head does this pump sustain?
Producing steady elevation lift, the 3HM_12N_11T delivers a peak dynamic head capability of approximately 89.1 m.
In commercial water loops, what maximum flow capacity and outlet port dimensions are built in?
Water supply pipework connects to the 3HM12N11T via Rp 1" (25 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge, which discharges a maximum delivery flow of approximately 73.3 L/Min.
