Product Overview

This three-phase twin-impeller pump is built for heavy-duty industrial environments where reliability and chemical resistance are mandatory. Designed to handle clean, non-aggressive fluids, it excels in applications requiring consistent pressure output, such as industrial washing equipment, specialized water distribution systems, and secondary agricultural water supply circuits.

The unit provides substantial hydraulic output, delivering flow rates reaching approximately 210 L/Min. It operates with a maximum head capacity of approximately 52.4 metres, powered by a 2.2 kW motor that ensures steady, predictable pressure across a range of operational flow points.

Engineered for durability, the construction features high-grade AISI 316L stainless steel, which makes this model suitable for demanding liquid handling. The twin-impeller configuration is specifically balanced to optimize pressure delivery, while the integrated FPM seals enhance compatibility with a variety of fluid types, resisting degradation over extended operational cycles.

Installation is simplified through standardized threaded connections, with a 40mm suction port and a 25mm outlet port. The close-coupled arrangement is mounted on a pedestal integrated directly into the motor assembly, ensuring structural rigidity. The design includes condensate drain plugs as standard and is fully compatible with user-supplied external thermal overload protection for the three-phase motor circuitry.

Features:

  • High-grade AISI 316L stainless steel body and impeller
  • Close-coupled architecture for space-efficient mounting
  • FPM elastomer seals for increased chemical compatibility
  • Designed for continuous duty in industrial washing applications
  • Balanced twin-impeller assembly for stable pressure output
  • Standardized threaded suction and delivery port arrangement
  • External ventilation for efficient motor cooling during operation

What dynamic elevation head is delivered by this dual-impeller cooling circulation unit?

Operating with dual opposing impellers, the CA200/35N-V produces a maximum dynamic head of approximately 53.5 m to overcome steep piping elevation.

What water delivery volume is produced by this cooling system twin-impeller pump across its outlet?

Dual-impeller volume transfer is powered by the CA200-35N-V, delivering a maximum flow rate of approximately 210 L/Min through Rp 1-1/2" (40 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge connections.

How does the stainless alloy construction defend this cooling circulation pump from chemical attack?

Corrosion defense in demanding industrial circuits is assured by alloy metallurgy materials in the CA 200 35N V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and dual impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers, rated for fluid temperatures across -10°C to +110°C.

What motor kilowatt power and three-phase electrical feed operate this cooling circulation unit?

Supplying electricity to the CA_200_35N_V requires a 2.2 kW three-phase motor connection on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase pulling 5.24 A, engineered with IP55 dust and water spray protection, Class F insulation.

What horizontal surface mounting conditions are recommended for this cooling circulation pump?

Dual opposing impellers in the CA200/35N-V balance hydraulic thrust when mounted on a rigid horizontal foundation base with an integrated setup and drainage.
