Product Overview
Functioning reliably within high-capacity commercial distribution networks, this equipment provides dependable fluid scaling for clean water systems. Industrial operators integrate this unit to process non-aggressive liquids, ensuring consistent facility utility management within varying operational environments and demanding commercial architectures.
Operating parameters define a Max Head of approximately 80.3 m alongside a Max Flow of approximately 498 L/Min. Electrical prerequisites require a 415v three-phase power source, utilizing 19.1 Amps to engage the highly efficient 11.0 kW motor. The physical piping interface features a 50 mm intake dimension and a 32 mm radial outlet dimension.
Fluid distribution is achieved via a precisely engineered single-stage centrifugal chamber utilizing an end-suction geometry. The mechanical framework incorporates a stub shaft adapter bracket, keying the standard motor extension directly to the enclosed impeller. This rigid coupling effectively minimizes alignment deviation and prevents internal flow turbulence.
Fabricated entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel, the primary housing and rotating elements resist long-term environmental wear. The internal shaft relies on a standardized Ceramic/Carbon mechanical seal integrated with FKM elastomers. The motor functions under an IP55 protection degree, safely tolerating continuous liquid temperatures from -10 °C to +120 °C.
