Product Overview

Functioning reliably in heavy-scale commercial water supply networks, this high-capacity centrifugal pump controls clean water routing across large structural installations. It effortlessly addresses the strict routing requirements of utility networks and water treatment plants processing clear or mildly aggressive liquids.

The hydraulic performance curve documents a Max Head scaling to approximately 82.9 m alongside a Max Flow of approximately 852 L/Min. The 15.0 kW drive functions exclusively on a 415v three-phase electrical grid, consuming 26.1 Amps during operation. Fluid enters via a 65 mm flanged intake and exits through a 40 mm flanged radial discharge.

Internal mechanics utilize an end-suction single-stage layout to accelerate hydraulic momentum efficiently. An adapter bracket with a stub shaft keys the motor strictly to the enclosed impeller. This configuration ensures rotational balance, mitigating radial vibration across extended industrial usage periods.

Operational longevity is established by machining all wetted elements, including the main casing and rotating parts, from fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel. The primary shaft is sealed using a factory-fitted Ceramic, Carbon, and FKM mechanical mechanism. Thermal endurance is verified for fluid temperatures reaching +120 °C.
