Product Overview
Functioning reliably in heavy-scale commercial networks, this high-capacity stainless steel end suction centrifugal stub shaft motor pump controls process water routing across complex industrial cooling systems. It effectively addresses the strict pressure management requirements of commercial architecture and water treatment plants processing clear or mildly aggressive liquids.
Operating parameters define a Max Head of approximately 55.8 m combined with a Max Flow of approximately 1884 L/Min. Electrical prerequisites require a 415v three-phase power source, drawing 32.1 Amps to engage the highly efficient 18.5 kW drive. The physical piping interface features an 80 mm suction inlet and a 65 mm outlet dimension.
Circulation characteristics are managed by a single stage horizontal hydraulic layout equipped with a precisely balanced closed impeller. The mechanical assembly relies on a stub shaft bracket that directly keys the motor to the fluid mechanics. This provides steady suction capabilities and highly efficient delivery across the targeted performance curve.
Constructed utilizing heavy-duty cast stainless steel (1.4408), this pump provides exceptional operational endurance against environmental wear. The shaft relies on a standard Ceramic/Carbon/FKM mechanical seal arrangement, while the motor is classified under an IP55 protection degree.
