Product Overview
The Lowara NSCEM32-160/22 plays a pivotal role in demanding process cooling environments, offering consistent fluid regulation for temperature-sensitive industrial machinery. Its heavy-duty framework ensures minimal downtime and superior operational endurance.
Producing a highly capable maximum head of approximately 23.9 m, this unit manages a maximum flow of approximately 420 L/Min. Electrical power is supplied via a 2.2 kW / 240v motor, while the liquid is safely channeled through a 50 mm inlet and a 32 mm discharge port.
Fluid movement is finely controlled by an engineered centrifugal mechanism that prioritizes pressure retention. The specific impeller geometry minimizes internal friction, delivering a reliable output curve that sustains complex cooling circuit demands seamlessly.
Constructed around a durable Cast Iron housing and paired with a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller, it reliably processes liquids up to +120 °C. The motor utilizes an extended shaft mounting format, completely shielded by an IP55 enclosure for wet environments.
