Product Overview
Operating within demanding industrial water supply networks, the Lowara NSCEM40-125/22 provides high-volume fluid transfer capabilities. This heavy-duty system ensures dependable liquid handling for large-scale manufacturing facilities requiring continuous service.
Powered by a robust 2.2 kW / 240v single-phase motor, the unit produces a maximum flow of approximately 756 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of approximately 18.8 m. The internal passage utilizes a 65 mm inlet and a 40 mm discharge port to accommodate substantial commercial plumbing dimensions.
The precisely engineered internal volute controls hydraulic movement to significantly reduce turbulence during high-capacity transfer. By minimizing flow separation, the centrifugal architecture maintains consistent pressure and prevents mechanical fatigue over extended operational periods.
Constructed utilizing a heavy-wall Cast Iron body and a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller, it reliably manages liquid temperatures between -25 °C and +120 °C. The extended shaft motor features IP55 environmental protection and standard Class 155 (F) insulation.
