Product Overview
Operating smoothly within sophisticated heating systems, the Lowara NSCS32-160/22 provides excellent fluid movement across multi-level commercial structures. Its heavy-duty framework guarantees consistent hot water circulation under continuous duty requirements.
Powered by a dependable 2.2 kW / 415v three-phase motor, this unit establishes a maximum flow of approximately 420 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 23.9 m. The system seamlessly integrates into standard infrastructure via a 50 mm suction inlet and a 32 mm discharge port.
The internal liquid passage is meticulously crafted to support stable hydraulic balance. By significantly reducing flow separation, the centrifugal impeller ensures strong suction lift while preventing the buildup of damaging cavitation forces during operation.
Its structural housing features a robust Cast Iron volute alongside a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller, safely capable of managing liquid temperatures up to +120 °C. The stub shaft coupling provides secure alignment, completely shielded by an IP55 rated motor enclosure.
FEATURES
- Secure stub shaft motor mounting arrangement
- Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller mechanism
- Heavy-wall Cast Iron outer pumping chamber
- Three-phase asynchronous motor compatibility
- IP55 environmental protection standard
- High thermal tolerance up to +120 °C
- Rapid maintenance back pull-out construction

What dynamic lift head can this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump develop upward across risers?
Elevating across facility piping systems, the NSCS32-160/22 produces a maximum dynamic head of approximately 23.9 m to lift fluid upward.
Under full flow conditions, what volumetric delivery and discharge pipe thread sizing apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Supplying across commercial distribution lines, the NSCS32-160-22 delivers a peak delivery flow rate of approximately 420 L/Min discharging through DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged ports.
Which metallurgy specifications and mechanical seal materials provide corrosion resistance in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Constructed with resilient metallurgy construction, the NSCS32 160 22 features alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers with mechanical face seals to resist corrosion and chemical attack.
Regarding electrical drive requirements, what motor power rating in kilowatts and voltage feed run this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Energized by industrial electrical lines, the NSCS32_160_22 is powered by an electric motor rated at 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) running on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with a current draw of 7.90 / 4.56 A.
What thermal operating tolerances and maximum working pressure rating govern this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Rated under rigorous operating pressures, the NSCS32-160/22 sustains a maximum working pressure capability of 16 bar (PN 16) across liquid operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
