Product Overview

Engineered to sustain high-pressure commercial spray systems, the Lowara NSCS32-200/75 supplies an uninterrupted volume of fluid for critical industrial applications. Its heavy-duty framework guarantees consistent high-velocity output essential for complex distribution networks.

Driven by a potent 7.5 kW / 415v three-phase electrical motor, this system pushes a formidable maximum head of approximately 61.9 m and a maximum flow of approximately 528 L/Min. System integration relies on standardized metric connections, using a 50 mm suction port and a 32 mm discharge port.

Fluid dynamics are tightly regulated by a precision-crafted internal passageway that maximizes volumetric output efficiency. The dynamically balanced impeller directly mitigates flow separation, ensuring a constant and reliable pressure curve even under significant operational resistance.

Mechanically secured with a highly rigid stub shaft mounting arrangement, the unit relies on a resilient Cast Iron body and a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller. Protected by an IP55 enclosure, it is rated to safely accommodate thermal liquid extremes reaching +120 °C.

Which alloy materials and mechanical seal specifications deliver corrosion resilience in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Manufactured with corrosion-resistant alloy materials, the NSCS32-200/75 provides alloy metallurgy of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers paired with mechanical seals to protect against corrosion.

Under plant electrical service, what motor kilowatt rating and supply voltage current draw support this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Driven by facility power panels, the NSCS32-200-75 incorporates an electric motor rated at 7.5 kW (10.0 HP) connecting to 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with current feed of 14.1 / 8.16 A.

For high-pressure water circuits, what maximum working pressure capability and thermal limits apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Certified under demanding fluid temperatures, the NSCS32 200 75 certifies a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) with allowable fluid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

What peak vertical head elevation can this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump generate upward?

Delivering across building service lines, the NSCS32_200_75 provides a peak dynamic lift head of approximately 61.9 m pushing water upward.

In commercial pumping lines, what maximum discharge flow and connection diameters are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Transferring across facility piping networks, the NSCS32-200/75 supplies a maximum fluid delivery volume of approximately 528 L/Min through DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged ports.
