Product Overview
Centralized water supply systems require steady hydraulic distribution to support daily facility operations. The Lowara NSCS65-125/110 high-capacity centrifugal unit acts as a mechanical driver for industrial water boosting, providing steady fluid delivery for commercial layouts.
Delivery output features a maximum head rating of approximately 29.1 m and a volume output reaching 2940 L/Min. Powered by a 415v three-phase electrical framework, the 11 kW motor registers 19.2 Amps during standard operation. Plumbing connectivity utilizes an 80 mm suction flange paired with a 65 mm discharge flange.
The internal pathways are shaped to restrict intake cavitation and promote smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water momentum, the pump produces a predictable flow velocity that supports industrial layouts without experiencing disruptive energy losses.
Constructed from cast iron, the wetted elements tolerate operational fluid temperatures ranging between -25°C and +120°C. The exterior incorporates thermal insulation materials and structural bracing to maintain electrical safety over extended continuous lifespans.
FEATURES
- Close-coupled motor adapter bracket removes the need for complex field alignment procedures during installation
- Innovative back pull-out assembly isolates the rotating elements for rapid technical inspection
- Cast iron drive bracket supplies structural rigidity for the attached high-voltage assembly
- Industrial-grade insulation protects the internal stator windings against operational heat generation
- Interchangeable mechanical seal arrangement accommodates varied industrial fluids for widespread facility versatility
- Galvanized carbon steel hardware fastens the primary casing structure to prevent mechanical shifting
- Elastomer seals prevent fluid bypass across varying high-pressure atmospheric conditions

What motor kilowatt power rating and electrical operating voltage feed power this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Connected by industrial electrical lines, the NSCS65-125/110 relies on an electric motor rated at 11 kW (15.0 HP) energized via 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 19.2 A.
What thermal operating boundaries and maximum working pressure capability govern this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Tested under rigorous operating pressures, the NSCS65-125-110 sustains a maximum working pressure boundary of 16 bar (PN 16) and operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
To what peak elevation can water be lifted by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Rising across facility piping systems, the NSCS65 125 110 reaches a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 29.1 m across vertical runs.
For facility pipework layout, what connection port dimensions and maximum flow volume apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Feeding across commercial distribution lines, the NSCS65_125_110 delivers a peak volumetric flow of approximately 2940 L/Min via connected DN 80 suction and DN 65 discharge flanged ports.
To resist fluid corrosion, what alloy materials and mechanical face seal construction are used in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Crafted with resilient metallurgy construction, the NSCS65-125/110 employs alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers with mechanical face seals to guard against chemical attack and corrosion.
