Product Overview

Commercial heating systems require steady fluid movement to support facility climate control. The Lowara NSCS65-125/40 end-suction centrifugal pump acts as a mechanical driver for thermal exchange networks, providing consistent liquid delivery across continuous operating cycles.

Operating on a 415v three-phase supply, this unit features a 4.0 kW motor that draws a rated current of 7.57 Amps. It achieves a maximum head of approximately 14.5 m and delivers a peak flow capacity of 1986 L/Min. Installation is supported by standardized 80 mm suction and 65 mm discharge flanged connections.

The internal hydraulic design utilizes a closed impeller to regulate fluid acceleration and limit intake turbulence. This configuration helps establish a predictable circulation rhythm, making it suitable for multi-branch plumbing arrays that demand stable pressure.

Wetted components are manufactured from cast iron, allowing the pump to handle liquid temperatures ranging from -25°C to +120°C. The exterior chassis includes a sealed electrical enclosure and mechanical seal arrangements that protect the central rotating shaft from ambient moisture.

FEATURES

  • Rigid close-coupled stub shaft mounting supports proper mechanical alignment under standard operational loads
  • Back pull-out volute design allows internal component inspection without disconnecting adjacent pipework
  • TEFC motor enclosure shields internal stator windings from ambient dust ingress
  • Replaceable wear rings protect the primary hydraulic chamber from abrasive particulate damage
  • Pre-drilled base supports enable vibration-minimizing anchoring to concrete foundational pads
  • Galvanized carbon steel hardware secures the main casing to maintain structural stability
  • Optimized discharge geometry limits internal friction to support overall mechanical efficiency

How much working pressure in bar and what fluid operating thermal boundaries does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump sustain?

Configured within approved operating limits, the NSCS65-125/40 provides a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across certified temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

How does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump achieve upward fluid lift across vertical runs?

Generating in multi-story elevation loops, the NSCS65-125-40 maintains a maximum dynamic head of approximately 14.5 m across vertical piping.

Through its flow channels, what peak liquid volume and discharge connection diameter does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump provide?

Piping into building service circuits, the NSCS65 125 40 outputs a peak liquid flow volume of approximately 1986 L/Min through DN 80 suction and DN 65 discharge flanged ports.

What metallurgy profile and mechanical face seal materials ensure corrosion defense across this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Produced against fluid chemical attack, the NSCS65_125_40 utilizes alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers backed by mechanical face seals to prevent fluid corrosion.

What electrical operating voltage and motor power rating in kilowatts are featured on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Actuated under nominal voltage supply, the NSCS65-125/40 operates via an electric motor rated at 4 kW (5.5 HP) on a supply voltage of 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase at 7.57 A.
