Product Overview

Commercial HVAC networks depend on continuous thermal fluid movement to maintain proper climate control. The Lowara NSCS65-160/110 serves as a mechanical driver for heating and air-conditioning circulation, ensuring stable liquid delivery throughout centralized facility systems.

This model provides a maximum flow rate of 2304 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 33.0 m. The 11 kW electric motor operates on a 415v three-phase grid, pulling 19.2 Amps under load. Pipeline integration relies on an 80 mm inlet and a 65 mm outlet flange.

Fluid momentum is guided by a centrifugal profile structured to reduce operational noise while sustaining smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water flow, the pump maintains steady velocity even when encountering varying network resistance across multiple building zones.

Formed from cast iron, the primary fluid pathways endure thermal shifts from -25°C to +120°C. A cast iron motor adapter bracket and an industrial sealing matrix surround the rotational bearings to minimize friction-induced wear during continuous service.

FEATURES

  • Industrial stub shaft extension aligns the rotating assembly during continuous mechanical strain
  • Standardized extraction mechanics reduce site maintenance durations by keeping fixed pipes in place
  • Flange-ready interfaces ensure integration with standard commercial isolation valves
  • Ergonomic drain plugs facilitate controlled fluid evacuation during system maintenance procedures
  • Class 155 (F) insulation protects the internal copper windings against operating heat generation
  • Interchangeable sealing chamber accommodates various mechanical seals for specific facility fluids
  • Thickened casing walls absorb the hydraulic shocks typical of centralized building grids

In high-flow pumping applications, what volumetric delivery and connection port sizes apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Feeding through system pipework runs, the NSCS65-160/110 maintains a maximum delivery flow volume of approximately 2304 L/Min across DN 80 suction and DN 65 discharge flanged ports.

What alloy composition and mechanical seal metallurgy prevent corrosive chemical attack in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Crafted for harsh corrosive applications, the NSCS65-160-110 incorporates alloy metallurgy of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers and precision mechanical seals to guard against corrosion.

In utility power panels, what electrical operating voltage and motor kilowatt rating support this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Connected from facility electrical circuits, the NSCS65 160 110 utilizes an electric motor rated at 11 kW (15.0 HP) operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 19.2 A.

Under high temperature conditions, what permissible operating pressure in bar and thermal limits are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Tested across facility pressure circuits, the NSCS65_160_110 accommodates a maximum working pressure limit of 16 bar (PN 16) with permissible fluid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

How effectively does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump propel liquid upward across vertical installations?

Rising through plant water circuits, the NSCS65-160/110 achieves a peak dynamic head of approximately 33 m to propel liquid upward.
