Product Overview
Industrial heating and ventilation layouts require dependable fluid circulation to support centralized building services. The Lowara NSCS65-200/110 centrifugal pump is engineered for HVAC circulation, providing continuous thermal fluid movement across large-scale commercial facilities.
Operating on a 415v three-phase supply, this model utilizes an 11.0 kW motor that draws 19.2 Amps. Delivery capabilities include a maximum flow capacity reaching 1986 L/Min and a maximum head of approximately 35.6 m. System integration is supported by an 80 mm suction flange and a 65 mm discharge flange.
Fluid momentum is managed by a precisely balanced closed impeller structured to reduce operational noise while sustaining smooth pressurized distribution. By directing water flow efficiently, the pump maintains steady velocity even when encountering varying network resistance across multiple zones.
Wetted components are manufactured from cast iron, allowing the pump to process liquid temperatures ranging from -25°C to +120°C. The exterior chassis features a sealed electrical enclosure and mechanical seal arrangements designed to protect the central rotating shaft from ambient moisture and dust.
FEATURES
- Rigid close-coupled stub shaft mounting supports proper mechanical alignment under standard operational loads
- Back pull-out volute design allows internal component inspection without disconnecting adjacent pipework
- TEFC motor enclosure shields internal stator windings from ambient dust ingress
- Replaceable wear rings protect the primary hydraulic chamber from abrasive particulate damage
- Pre-drilled base supports enable vibration-minimizing anchoring to concrete foundational pads
- Galvanized carbon steel hardware secures the main casing to maintain structural stability
- Optimized discharge geometry limits internal friction to support overall mechanical efficiency

For high-pressure clean water transfer, what maximum working pressure and thermal limits apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Approved under certified hydraulic pressure, the NSCS65-200/110 provides a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across certified temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
In tall building circuits, what dynamic vertical lift head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump achieve?
Driving across vertical pipe runs, the NSCS65-200-110 maintains a maximum dynamic head of approximately 35.6 m across vertical piping.
Through its discharge outlet, what fluid volume per minute and pipe diameter are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Routing across connected plumbing lines, the NSCS65 200 110 outputs a peak liquid flow volume of approximately 1986 L/Min through DN 80 suction and DN 65 discharge flanged ports.
What structural alloy metallurgy and mechanical face seal materials provide corrosion defense in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Equipped with alloy metallurgy components, the NSCS65_200_110 utilizes alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers backed by mechanical face seals to prevent fluid corrosion.
Which motor power in kilowatts and operating electrical voltage current draw apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Running by commercial electrical feeds, the NSCS65-200/110 operates via an electric motor rated at 11 kW (15.0 HP) on a supply voltage of 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase at 19.2 A.
