Product Overview
Industrial process cooling systems require stable liquid circulation to regulate manufacturing equipment temperatures. By installing the Lowara NSCS65-200/185 end-suction unit, commercial facilities can equip their thermal exchange circuits with a practical fluid transport solution.
Delivery output features a maximum head rating of approximately 49.4 m and a volume output reaching 2304 L/Min. Powered by a 415v three-phase electrical framework, the 18.5 kW motor registers 32.7 Amps during standard operation. Pipeline integration relies on an 80 mm inlet and a 65 mm outlet flange.
The internal pathways are shaped to restrict intake cavitation and promote smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water momentum, the pump produces a predictable flow velocity that supports industrial layouts without experiencing disruptive energy losses.
Formed from cast iron, the primary fluid pathways endure thermal shifts from -25°C to +120°C. A cast iron motor adapter bracket and an industrial sealing matrix surround the rotational bearings to minimize friction-induced wear during continuous service.
FEATURES
- Industrial stub shaft extension aligns the rotating assembly during continuous mechanical strain
- Standardized extraction mechanics reduce site maintenance durations by keeping fixed pipes in place
- Flange-ready interfaces ensure integration with standard commercial isolation valves
- Ergonomic drain plugs facilitate controlled fluid evacuation during system maintenance procedures
- Class 155 (F) insulation protects the internal copper windings against operating heat generation
- Interchangeable sealing chamber accommodates various mechanical seals for specific facility fluids
- Thickened casing walls absorb the hydraulic shocks typical of centralized building grids

Under standard flow duty, what peak liquid volume and discharge connection sizes does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump maintain?
Routing across commercial distribution lines, the NSCS65-200/185 achieves a peak delivery flow rate of approximately 2304 L/Min across DN 80 suction and DN 65 discharge flanged ports.
Which alloy materials and mechanical face seal metallurgy ensure corrosion resistance in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Equipped with resilient metallurgy construction, the NSCS65-200-185 incorporates alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers and mechanical face seals to resist corrosive fluid attack.
What motor power kilowatt rating and line voltage current feed power this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Running by industrial electrical lines, the NSCS65 200 185 draws 32.70 A through an electric motor rated at 18.5 kW (25.0 HP) operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase.
In technical plumbing loops, what permissible operating pressure and fluid temperature limits are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Approved under rigorous operating pressures, the NSCS65_200_185 operates with a maximum working pressure capability of 16 bar (PN 16) across liquid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
How high does liquid elevate under the peak vertical head of this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Driving across facility piping systems, the NSCS65-200/185 delivers a maximum dynamic head rating of approximately 49.4 m to elevate fluid.
