Product Overview

Centralized water supply systems require steady hydraulic distribution to support daily facility operations. The Lowara NSCS80-160/110 end-suction centrifugal pump is designed to integrate into commercial plumbing networks, providing consistent liquid transfer across extended operating cycles.

Operating on a 415v three-phase supply, this unit features an 11.0 kW motor that draws a rated current of 19.2 Amps. It achieves a maximum head of approximately 25.7 m and delivers a peak flow capacity of 3462 L/Min. Installation is supported by standardized 100 mm suction and 80 mm discharge flanged connections.

The internal hydraulic design utilizes a closed impeller to regulate fluid acceleration and minimize intake turbulence. This configuration helps establish a predictable circulation rhythm, making it suitable for multi-branch plumbing arrays that demand stable pressure.

Constructed from cast iron, the wetted elements tolerate operational fluid temperatures ranging between -25°C and +120°C. The exterior incorporates thermal insulation materials and structural bracing to maintain electrical safety over extended continuous lifespans.

FEATURES

  • Close-coupled motor adapter bracket removes the need for complex field alignment procedures during installation
  • Innovative back pull-out assembly isolates the rotating elements for rapid technical inspection
  • Thickened volute geometry safely absorbs the hydraulic shock common in centralized plumbing grids
  • Industrial-grade insulation protects the internal stator windings against operational heat generation
  • Interchangeable mechanical seal arrangement accommodates varied industrial fluids for widespread facility versatility
  • Galvanized carbon steel hardware fastens the primary casing structure to prevent mechanical shifting
  • Cast iron drive bracket supplies structural rigidity for the attached high-voltage assembly

How is this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump powered across facility circuits regarding motor kilowatt rating and electrical voltage feed?

Running from dedicated power supplies, the NSCS80-160/110 relies on an electric motor rated at 11 kW (15.0 HP) energized via 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 19.2 A.

How much working pressure capability and what fluid temperature tolerances protect this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Approved across industrial piping systems, the NSCS80-160-110 sustains a maximum working pressure boundary of 16 bar (PN 16) and operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

Through its centrifugal casing, what peak vertical elevation head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump provide?

Driving through distribution piping lines, the NSCS80 160 110 reaches a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 25.7 m across vertical runs.

For system flow matching, what maximum delivery volume and discharge pipe diameter are rated on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Routing through designated connection lines, the NSCS80_160_110 delivers a peak volumetric flow of approximately 3462 L/Min via connected DN 100 suction and DN 80 discharge flanged ports.

What metallurgy standards and mechanical face seal materials guard this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump against fluid corrosion?

Equipped for demanding fluid environments, the NSCS80-160/110 employs alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers with mechanical face seals to guard against chemical attack and corrosion.
