With a 65 mm nominal connection size, the Grundfos UPS 65-60/2 F 415V circulator pump circulates high fluid volumes through commercial central heating headers and chiller loops. It is sized for district heating substations and primary boiler loops requiring low friction loss.

A 340 mm port-to-port pump body made from EN-GJL-250 cast iron encloses an AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, stainless rotor can, and bearing plate. Sized for system pressures up to 10 bar, the unit accommodates circulating fluid temperatures from -10°C to 120°C, weighing 24.3 kg.

Driven by a 3-phase 400-415 V 50 Hz motor with a maximum power input (P1) of 490 W with 490 W electrical input power (P1) and 1.05 A at speed 3, the unit offers three stepped speed settings. output provides maximum a calculated flow rate of 23.35 m³/h (389 L/Min) against a maximum head of 3.478 m across standard DN 65 DIN flanged ports.

The canned rotor assembly avoids mechanical shaft seals by using fluid-lubricated ceramic radial bearings and a carbon thrust bearing. The motor enclosure meets IPX4D standards with Class F insulation and includes built-in thermal switch contacts for external control wiring.
