Davey Microlene MPP Premium Standard Connection Under Bench Water Filter Cartridge

Standard connection under bench systems can be upgraded with the Davey Microlene MPP premium replacement purifier for improved mains water quality. This unit is designed as a replacement for compatible standard-connection under bench filtration systems, subject to connection compatibility. It is for residential and commercial drinking water systems where reduction of chlorine, sulphur, and other odours is required.

Constructed with granulated activated carbon, the media is bonded with silver ion to prolong the sanitisation life. It includes KDF media specifically designed for high-capacity reduction of selected dissolved contaminants such as lead and aluminium. The internal two stage process filters water down to 1 micron, removing sediment including rust and grit. The purifier complies with AS/NZS 4348:1995 standards for domestic appliances.

The purifier operates at a flow rate of 4 L/min and is specified for a sanitisation life span of three years or 30,000 litres. As a standard connection unit, it utilizes push-fit or threaded interfaces to connect to existing under bench tubing. It achieves dirt holding capacity for urban environments and provides a consistent flow for drinking and food preparation. This model is recommended for mains water due to its media blend.

Operational safety is provided by the antimicrobial properties of the silver ion carbon, which resists microbial growth inside the filter. Important: Davey Microlene purifiers are intended for biologically safe water sources. Additional treatment is required where bacteria or viruses are present. The cartridge features a 1 micron nominal filtration rating to provide water clarity and tested reduction of 99.94 percent Cryptosporidium cysts.
