Product Overview

Extra-high pressure for marine firefighting and long-distance water elevation is the focus of this twin-impeller marine configuration. Engineered for proven service in severe coastal and maritime.

Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 90 m (128 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 450 L/min at zero static head. The epoxy-coated aluminium casing houses twin bronze impellers, bronze volute, ceramic/carbon seal, and zinc anode drain plug. Mass: 100 kg in roll frame. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering and harsh operating environments.

Powered by an electric-start Yanmar L100 (10 HP) diesel engine in a protective roll frame (battery supplied separately; QPT twin-impeller models are excluded from free Geomet couplings/strainer). Ports feature 2" inlet with 3-way outlet, self-priming to 7.6 m. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong fuel economy on site.

Engineered with stainless steel external fasteners and zinc anode protection for severe marine fire defense. Supported by complete technical assembly documentation, product schematics, and factory replacement component stockists through Aussie Pumps distribution channels. Complete technical assembly schematics and spare parts stockists support ongoing field servicing.

What pressure advantage does the twin-stage impeller configuration deliver at sea?

With dual closed impellers working in series, the Aussie Pumps Sea Skipper Twin Impeller QPT205SLTE (QPT205SLTEDL100) generates massive discharge pressure, projecting strong firefighting jets up to top masts or through extensive deck piping networks.

What marine protection treatments are applied to this twin-stage assembly?

The QPT205SLTEDL100 features marine conversion coatings and sacrificial zinc anodes to defend internal twin-impeller passages from aggressive brine corrosion.

What operational water flow and total dynamic head are rated?

Performance testing for the QPT205SLTEDL100 establishes a maximum flow rate of approximately 450 L/min and a maximum head of approximately 90 m.

How is mechanical horsepower supplied and initiated on the pump?

The QPT205SLTEDL100 derives rotational power from a Yanmar L100 10HP electric-start diesel engine, featuring turnkey electric starting.

What vertical priming depth is delivered without external filling aids?

The QPT205SLTEDL100 draws water vertically from depths reaching up to approximately 7.6 m, supporting swift setup at open water points.
