Product Overview
Maximum capacity chemical industry dosing is served by the DMX 765-3 mechanical diaphragm pump from Grundfos. Manual stroke length adjustment from 10-100% gives a 10:1 turndown ratio for dosing rate control.
The DMX 765-3 delivers 765 L/h maximum dosing capacity at 3 bar pressure, operating at 50 Hz with a 0.40 kW motor on 3 x 415v supply. Dosing flow variation is maintained at less than ±1.5% with linearity within ±4% at minimum 1 bar differential pressure.
Glass valve balls and FKM gaskets feature in the DMX 765-3 thermoplastic dosing head. Standard non-return valves are fitted on both connections. The PTFE-coated diaphragm handles liquid temperatures from 0 to 40°C.
IP65-rated aluminium housing encloses the DMX 765-3. 40 mm connections accommodate maximum flow requirements.
