Product Overview

Plumbing contractors installing booster packages across commercial properties select the Grundfos Hydro MPC-E 3 x CRIE 20-4 Three Phase 3 x 7.5kW 304ss Booster System w/18L Tank and CU 352 Controller. Three Grundfos CRIE 20-4 multistage pumps work in unison to eliminate pressure fluctuations during heavy usage. Part number 93637625 provides the complete tested package in a single order line.

The synchronized hydraulic stages ensure constant volumetric throughput up to 1750 L/min. Across vertical multi-storey plumbing risers, the package comfortably develops up to 83.7 metres of head. A Grundfos GENIECON PANEL on the common base frame provides system control; the GENIECON unit inside holds the exact hydraulic data of the pumps to stage operation precisely according to real-time curve demand.

The skid package features an accessible layout supported by a solid structural base. The set is fully pre-plumbed with two 100 mm manifold connections, dedicated isolation valves, and integrated non-return valves on each discharge line. It connects to a 3 x 415 V supply at 50 / 60 Hz with combined rated current of 41.7 A (3 x 13.9 A per pump). A 18L diaphragm pressure tank absorbs initial draw-offs and line hammer, while IP55 enclosure protection and a 16 bar pressure rating ensure long-term mechanical reliability. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C for all standard clean water booster duties.

Proven in commercial timber processing mills, kiln humidification, and plant amenities. Integrating variable speed electronic control eliminates water hammer, extends mechanical life, and lowers lifecycle energy consumption compared to fixed-speed boosting systems.
