Product Overview
The highest head model in the 32 mm threaded range, the Grundfos MAGNA1 32-100 circulator pump is specified for high-resistance heating headers, multi-floor radiant networks, and commercial heat recovery loops. It automatically balances pressure across modulating thermostatic zones.
The 180 mm port-to-port casing is manufactured from EN-GJL-200 cast iron, housing a corrosion-resistant composite impeller and air-cooled electronic power module. Rated for 10 bar working pressure, it accommodates fluid temperatures from -10°C to 110°C with a net weight of 4.63 kg.
Operating on a 1-phase 230-240 V 50/60 Hz supply, the ECM motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 8 W to 175 W while electrical input power (P1) draws between 8 W and 175 W at 1.41 A maximum current. Output metrics reach a calculated flow rate of 5.60 m³/h (93 L/Min) with a maximum head of 10 m across G 2 inch threaded ports.
Control options encompass three proportional pressure curves, three constant pressure curves, and three constant speed steps. The pump meets an EEI rating of 0.20, provides Class F winding insulation inside an IPX4D housing, and includes digital input and fault relay contacts.

How many meters of dynamic lift does this pump provide?
To overcome vertical elevation resistance, the Grundfos MAGNA1 32-100 develops a maximum pumping head of approximately 10 m.
How much fluid throughput does this pump move under full load?
At full operating capacity, the MAGNA1 32-100 moves up to 93 L/Min through a 50 mm connection connection to keep liquid levels controlled during peak inflow.
Which casing and impeller materials provide long service life in this pump?
Structural defense on the MAGNA1-32-100 is provided by a rugged Cast Iron casing designed to withstand heavy mechanical stress.
What electrical voltage and motor kilowatt output drive this unit?
Running on 240v single-phase power supplies, the MAGNA1 32 100 is driven by a 0.13 kW motor rated at 1.41 Amps.
Can this pump operate in warm or hot water without overheating?
Routine operational thermal ceilings enable the MAGNA1/32/100 to process liquids -10°C to 110°C.
