Product Overview

Sites such as aged-care villages and medical centres that cannot tolerate pressure swings require consistent pressure regardless of demand fluctuation; the Hydro MPC-E 3 CRNE 15-4 achieves this with three CRNE 15-4 pumps operating in parallel. The complete system ships factory assembled and tested under part number 93637866.

This set provides up to 1388 L/min of flow capacity. Variable-speed operation can develop up to 79 metres of head where required. Control sits with the GENIECON multi-pump controller in its touch-equipped panel, adjusting each pump individually and rotating duty by load, run hours and faults.

Factory assembled on a common base, the set combines stainless steel pipework, two 100 mm manifold connections, isolation and non-return valves, pressure sensors and a gauge, plus an 8L diaphragm tank. It connects to a 3 x 400 V supply at 50 Hz with a rated current of 30.7 A. Motors are protected to IP54, while maximum system pressure is 16 bar. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C.

Typical duty sits with irrigation schemes, industry and water supply networks. It is designed for clean-water pressure boosting where demand varies through the day.

Features

  • Frequency converters on the motors pair with permanent magnet motors for efficient part-load operation.
  • Pumps are cut in and out according to demand, every running unit turning at the same speed to hold the pressure set point.
  • The GENIECON UNIT applies the pumps' exact hydraulic and electrical data when making control decisions.
  • Factory assembled and wet-tested, the set arrives pre-configured for straightforward installation.
  • The stainless steel manifold assembly is supplied with two 100 mm manifold connections.
  • At P2 each main pump is 5.5 kW, covering the duty without oversizing the frame.
  • A suction-side pressure sensor guards the pumps against dry running.
  • The set ships with an 8L precharged diaphragm tank for low-flow stability.
  • The system pairs three CRNE 15-4 pumps in parallel duty, controlled as a single coordinated system.
  • Both constant-pressure and proportional-pressure modes are available, so plant rooms can tune response to pipework.
  • Rated for 16 bar system pressure; motors carry IP54 protection.
  • GENIECON PANEL control with touch display gives operating staff full staging visibility.
  • Slow-speed duty and staged switching keep consumption down through low-demand hours.
