Product Overview
Stormwater discharge and wastewater collection in large-scale municipal complexes require the handling of contaminated liquids at high flow rates. The Grundfos SE.100.100.4.52H.N.51D.A.T handles effluent transfer in environments where fluid temperatures range between -10 and 40 degrees Celsius. This four-pole submersible unit supports continuous service in drainage stations and subsurface pits prone to varying liquid ingress. Maintaining structural integrity during permanent immersion is necessary for infrastructure protection and facility maintenance.
Hydraulic capacity is driven by a 10 kW four-pole motor operating on a 415v three-phase supply with a rated current of 21 Amps. This assembly generates a maximum flow of 6000 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of 21.1 m. The motor operates at a synchronous speed of 1482 rpm, providing the starting torque necessary for processing fluids in high-volume collection systems. Power is distributed through a 15-metre power cable to support integration into deep-pit wastewater infrastructure.
Internal fluid velocity paths utilize an Open S-Tube impeller designed for the free passage of solids in suspension without internal contact. This centrifugal configuration facilitates the movement of liquids without the clogging that compromises volumetric efficiency during prolonged service cycles. By utilizing a high-efficiency hydraulic profile, the unit minimizes internal friction and vibration to protect the rotating assembly during high-volume discharge. The Open S-Tube setup is intended for wastewater transfer where consistent flow behavior is required.
Mechanical construction utilizes a heavy-duty cast iron housing and motor shell with an IP68 protection rating for depths up to 20 m. Longevity is anchored by a silicon carbide primary shaft seal and a silicon carbide/carbon secondary seal in an oil bath for motor protection. This model includes internal thermistors and moisture sensors to facilitate monitoring of the Class H insulation motor assembly. The architectural casting features a DN 150 inlet and a DN 100 outlet for integration into high-capacity municipal wastewater collection systems.
Features
- Four-pole motor configuration operating at 1482 rpm provides the hydraulic torque needed for processing high-volume wastewater.
- Open S-Tube impeller design enables the passage of solids through the pump casing without compromising hydraulic throughput.
- Heavy-duty cast iron housing and motor shell provide a rigid structural foundation for submerged installations up to 20 m deep.
- Double mechanical shaft seal utilizing silicon carbide faces in an oil bath ensures the motor remains shielded from liquid ingress.
- Internal thermistors and moisture sensors provide real-time monitoring to safeguard the Class H insulation motor assembly.
- DN 150 inlet and DN 100 outlet connections allow for high-capacity liquid transfer through standardized plumbing networks.
- IP68 enclosure rating confirms the unit is suitable for permanent immersion in wastewater environments up to 20 m deep.
- Integral cooling jacket supports operational integrity in both dry and submerged installation environments.

What is the maximum water volume this pump can discharge?
Moving liquid through the system, the Grundfos SE.100.100.4.52H.N.51D.A.T maintains an operational throughput of up to 6000 L/Min during peak demand.
How high can this pump push fluid through discharge risers?
Dynamic lift generated by the SE.100.100.4.52H.N.51D.A.T reaches a maximum elevation head of approximately 21.1 m across discharge lines.
What are the power requirements and running amperage for this pump?
Connecting across 415 V three-phase lines, the SE-100-100-4-52H-N-51D-A-T draws approximately 21 Amps with an efficient 10 kW motor.
What size solids can pass through this pump without clogging?
Spherical solids and particulate up to 80 mm pass freely through the SE 100 100 4 52H N 51D A T, thanks to its debris-resistant S-tube runner.
What size discharge flange or connection is fitted to this pump?
Discharge pipework interfaces directly with the SE/100/100/4/52H/N/51D/A/T through a standard auto-coupling for quick field installation.
