Product Overview

Operational load scaling for municipal drainage infrastructure is supported by the heavy-duty architectural build of the SE.150.170.4.52H.N.51D.A.T. This unit addresses requirements for the removal of contaminated liquids in dry or submerged installations where reliable solids passage is required for maintenance. The system maintains stable performance in permanent installations with liquid temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius. Maintaining operational flow behavior in deep subsurface pits is essential for drainage transfer duties.

Hydraulic capacity is driven by a 17 kW four-pole motor operating on a 415v three-phase supply with a rated current of 37 Amps. This assembly generates a maximum flow of 7800 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 27.4 m. The motor utilizes a star-delta starting method to manage peak electrical loads and ensure torque stability during initial activation cycles. Operating at a rated speed of 1480 rpm, the unit ensures consistent pressure behavior for high-volume liquid management duties.

Internal fluid paths feature an Open S-Tube centrifugal impeller designed for the free passage of solids in suspension without internal contact. This configuration facilitates the movement of contaminated liquids without the clogging that compromises volumetric efficiency over thousands of service hours in municipal networks. By utilizing a high-efficiency hydraulic design, the unit reduces internal wear and vibration for the rotating assembly during high-volume discharge. The Open S-Tube setup is intended for high-capacity liquid handling in municipal lift stations.

Mechanical construction features a heavy-duty cast iron pump body and motor shell with an IP68 protection rating for depths up to 20 m. Longevity is anchored by a double mechanical shaft seal arrangement featuring a primary silicon carbide seal and a secondary silicon carbide/carbon seal in an oil bath for motor insulation. This model includes internal thermistors and moisture sensors to facilitate monitoring of the Class H insulation motor assembly during continuous service. The architectural casting features a 343 kg net weight and DN 150 inlet and outlet connections for high-capacity integration into standardized wastewater infrastructure.

Features
