Product Overview
Sewage collection systems and municipal networks require a specialized hydraulic solution capable of processing wastewater with a pH value between 4 and 10. The SEV.80.80.60.2.50B addresses these requirements by providing reliable removal of grey water and contaminated liquids containing organic solids. This unit is intended for drainage stations and wastewater transfer duties where reliable solids passage and continuous operation are necessary for maintenance. The system maintains stable performance in dry or submerged installations prone to varying fluid ingress up to 40°C.
Hydraulic capacity is provided by a 6 kW motor operating on a 415v three-phase supply with a rated current of 13.4 Amps. This assembly generates a maximum flow of 1500 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 27.9 m to satisfy requirements in pressurized sewer mains. The motor operates at 2945 rpm, ensuring consistent pressure behavior and circulation characteristics during the service cycle in municipal lift stations. Power is distributed through a 15-metre Lyniflex cable to support sub-surface wastewater handling and pump station infrastructure.
Internal fluid velocity paths feature a SuperVortex centrifugal impeller designed for the passage of solids up to 80 mm in diameter. This configuration facilitates the free movement of particles in suspension, preventing the internal clogging that could compromise volumetric throughput over long-term service. By utilizing a vortex flow path, the unit minimizes internal wear and vibration for the rotating assembly during prolonged discharge. The impeller setup facilitates the movement of contaminated fluids and effluent through drainage stations and municipal lift stations.
Mechanical stability is reinforced by a heavy-duty cast iron housing and motor shell with an IP68 enclosure rating. Longevity is anchored by a double mechanical shaft seal arrangement featuring a SiC/SiC primary seal and a CER/CARNBR secondary seal in an oil bath. This unit includes moisture and water-in-oil sensors for early fault detection and operational monitoring in submerged environments. The casting includes a DN 80 inlet and DN 80 outlet connection for integration into standard wastewater infrastructure and treatment plants.
Features
