Product Overview
Engineered with highly optimized internal fluid velocity paths, the SL1.75.100.170.2.52S.N.51D.A.T delivers exceptional circulation stability via its 100 mm outlet. This wastewater solution is specifically tailored for municipal pumping stations and buildings requiring uninterrupted, high-pressure raw water intake and sewage transfer.
At the core of its hydraulic stability is a precision-cast S-Tube impeller that purposefully broadens the internal clearance to ensure an impressive 75 mm free passage. This innovative structural configuration drastically minimizes the risk of pipeline blockage, allowing continuous processing of solid-heavy commercial fluids and dense industrial wastewater.
Driving this formidable circulation infrastructure is an advanced 17 kW, 2-pole Grundfos motor, capable of pushing a maximum head of approximately 37 m alongside a robust 3186 L/Min flow rate. Utilizing a standard 415v three-phase power supply, the unit leverages its rugged cast iron housing to maintain thermal and mechanical integrity during extreme loads.
To maximize long-term operational efficiency and safeguard against submerged faults, the unit is equipped with integrated moisture sensors and motor-protection thermistors. These built-in detection systems continuously monitor the internal housing, offering facility operators profound protection without requiring expensive external add-ons.
Features
