Engineered for high-efficiency fluid circulation in hydronic building systems, the TPE3 100-130 is a single-stage, close-coupled in-line centrifugal pump driven by a 2.2 kW electric motor. Featuring equal suction and discharge porting (DN 100), this unit connects directly into vertical or horizontal header pipe runs across HVAC plant rooms, district heating loops, and commercial water circuits.

Under nominal duty conditions, the wet-end hydraulic assembly generates a rated flow capacity of 1398 L/Min alongside a maximum operational head limit of 8 m. The volute housing is constructed from EN-GJL-250 cast iron to ensure high structural pressure containment up to 16 bar. Inside, a precision-balanced Cast iron impeller works in tandem with a BQQE mechanical shaft seal. Net equipment weight measures 86.2 kg.

Electrical power for the TPE3 100-130 pump is supplied by a 3 x 380-500 V Three-phase electrical connection drawing 4.30 Amps under full load. The unit accommodates operating fluid media temperatures ranging from -25°C to 120°C under continuous line pressure ratings up to 16 bar. Pipework mounting is supported by opposite DN 100 inlet and DN 100 outlet flanged connections.

Motor protection complies with IP55 enclosure standards to guard internal windings against dust and moisture ingress, backed by Class F thermal insulation. An integrated frequency converter and PI controller provide continuously variable speed regulation to optimize energy consumption against system demand. The top-pull-out structural layout permits maintenance technicians to withdraw the motor drive and impeller assembly without unbolting the pump volute from connected system pipework flanges.

    Features

    • Integrated variable frequency converter with PI controller modulates motor RPM dynamically to balance flow demand and lower energy usage.
    • Top-pull-out structural layout enables complete drive head and impeller extraction without disconnecting the pump casing from system piping.
    • High-efficiency motor design delivers optimized hydraulic throughput with minimal electrical power consumption across variable duty cycles.
    • EN-GJL-250 cast iron volute housing provides robust pressure containment up to 16 bar in demanding hydronic circulation loops.
    • Corrosion-resistant Cast iron impeller rotor is precision-balanced to minimize operational vibration and extend bearing lifecycle.
    • Standardized DN 100 flanged connections comply with EN 1092-2 for seamless drop-in integration into commercial pipe headers.
    • Maintenance-free BQQE mechanical shaft seal prevents fluid leakage and maintains seal integrity under elevated working pressures.
