The Calpeda NGX 4/110 combines self-priming jet pump operation with corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction for irrigation supply, outdoor water movement, and clean water transfer duties.
Its built-in ejector system supports suction lift capability up to 9 m while assisting rapid priming during shallow-well operation. Flow rates reach up to 75 L/Min with maximum head up to 40 m, supporting balanced delivery across spray systems, washing applications, and pressure-assisted distribution arrangements.
Hydraulic operation is stabilized through an exclusive diffuser geometry paired with an integrated flow control device that helps minimize turbulence and reduce running noise. Internal air evacuation around the mechanical seal also assists long-term reliability by helping protect against temporary insufficient seal flushing conditions.
The casing and casing cover are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel to improve corrosion resistance during continuous clean water duties, while the Noryl PPO-GF20 impeller contributes to lightweight hydraulic efficiency. Compact close-coupled construction also assists installation flexibility where available space is restricted.
Three-phase 400V operation is supported through IP54 enclosure protection and Class F insulation. The pump is suitable for continuous-duty service with liquid temperatures up to 35°C and maximum permissible casing pressure reaching 8 bar.
