The Jung Pumpen Multicut 08/2ME is a heavy duty submersible sewage pump designed for reliable wastewater and sewage transfer in residential and municipal pressure drainage systems. Equipped with the advanced MultiCut cutting system, the pump efficiently breaks down solids and fibrous materials before they enter the hydraulic system, ensuring dependable operation in demanding wastewater applications.
Powered by a robust electric motor, the Multicut pump is designed for continuous submerged operation and is suitable for pumping domestic wastewater with common contaminants. The hardened stainless steel cutting plate and three-bladed knife perform more than 62,000 cutting processes per minute, effectively shredding solids and preventing blockages in the discharge pipeline.
The pump features a vertical single stage centrifugal design with an external adjustable cutting system positioned upstream of the hydraulics. This configuration prevents larger solids from entering the pump body and allows the use of smaller pressure pipelines from DN32. The pump is constructed with durable cast iron housing and includes a silicon carbide mechanical seal with oil chamber to protect the motor and ensure long service life.
