Product Overview

The 4ZN616/10 brings ten radial hydraulic stages to a six-inch borehole pump-end configuration, providing a maximum head of 123 metres alongside the range's 367 L/Min maximum flow. It is configured for borehole fluid extraction where additional lift is required.

Its AISI 316 stainless steel pump-end construction includes AISI 316L impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings. A Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 shaft drives the rotating assembly, while the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The wet end is specified for suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³.

The C4S motor configuration supports water temperatures up to 60°C. Hydraulic performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Discharge is through the Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection, with a standard 4-inch NEMA motor connection and maximum immersion depth of 300 metres when used with a C4S motor.

A microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support complete the discharge arrangement. The integrated stainless steel non-return valve manages backflow, and safety-hook holes support borehole lowering and securing.

FEATURES

  • Ten radial stages provide increased lift for borehole extraction.
  • Removable wear rings allow the hydraulic clearances to be serviced.
  • AISI 316L impellers and diffusers provide the specified hydraulic construction.
  • The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft provides the rotating assembly material.
  • The replaceable Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling provides the motor connection.
  • AISI 316L tie rods and cable guard support the external assembly.
  • The microcast discharge arrangement incorporates the integrated non-return valve.

* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly

Is this submersible borehole pump built with corrosion-resistant alloys against mineral attack?

Resisting harsh underground chemical attack, the 4ZN616/10 relies on AISI 316 stainless steel pump end, AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings, Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft, and Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling and provides reliable operation with sand up to 100 g/m³.

What motor power and electrical voltage supply are specified for this borehole pump?

The electric drive configuration for the 4ZN616-10 requires a 4-inch NEMA C4S motor of 7.5 kW on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 18.1 A, engineered for temperatures up to 60°C and immersion to 300 meters.

Is an internal check valve provided in the top head and can this pump be deployed horizontally?

Discharge line drainage in the 4 ZN 616 10 is eliminated by an integrated stainless steel non-return valve in the head, with horizontal installation approved at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest.

What vertical pressure rating does this borehole pump deliver for deep groundwater extraction?

Operating through long vertical riser pipes, the 4_ZN_616_10 achieves a peak dynamic head of approximately 123.3 m to transfer subterranean water.

Which thread diameter is used on the delivery port and what flow rate is generated?

Surface delivery lines couple to the Rp 2 1/2" (65 mm) threaded head, where the 4ZN616/10 discharges up to a peak flow of approximately 367 L/Min in standard 6-inch borehole installations.
