Manufactured from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and diffusers provide structural integrity for aggressive media environments. The two-stage configuration uses semi-axial flow impellers designed to process liquids containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The pump unit weighs 102.2 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
Performance metrics are driven by a 15 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 32.1 Amps. The assembly achieves a maximum total head of 53.8 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through its semi-axial hydraulic geometry. These capacities allow for dedicated water supply management and circulation loops in large residential or industrial complexes.
Thermal protection is provided by Class F insulation and an IP68 rating for submerged duty in borehole environments. The system supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical seals housed in an oil chamber. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes maintain precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex stainless steel shaft.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
