Product Overview
Industrial pumping tasks and high-volume fluid optimization utilize the Z895-04-3 submersible multistage pump for clean groundwater lifting. Part of the Lowara Z895 range, this model provides pressure maintenance infrastructure for municipal distribution networks and agricultural sectors. The unit supports vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal mounting in tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Constructed from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and suction support handle the aggregated mechanical stress of deep-well duty. The four full-diameter semi-axial impellers process water containing suspended sand content reaching 100 g/m³. The electric pump assembly weighs 143.6 kg and is specified for liquids up to a maximum temperature of 25°C.
A 30 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for industrial borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 107.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through a high-capacity hydraulic configuration. These performance metrics enable robust lifting from deep aquifers to support intensive water distribution projects.
Safety containment includes Class F motor insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged service life. The system allows for installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals housed in an oil chamber. Internal POM-C technopolymer wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly and maintain efficiency.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
