Product Overview
For mine dewatering, groundwater lowering and other applications requiring additional hydraulic lift, the ZN612/10 provides a ten-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch submersible installations. Its configuration provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min for deep-borehole water transfer duties.
The ZN6 pump end is constructed in AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/10 reaches a maximum head of 113 metres and has hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Its delivery connection is the standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded port, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support provide the discharge-end structure, with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve incorporated into the assembly. Safety-hook holes provide the attachment points required for lowering and securing the pump end during deep-well installation.
FEATURES
- The ten radial stages provide increased hydraulic lift for deep groundwater and dewatering installations.
- Removable wear rings make the hydraulic clearances serviceable through maintenance.
- AISI 316L impellers and diffusers provide the specified stainless-steel construction of the hydraulic stages.
- The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft is used for the rotating assembly.
- The Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling is replaceable within the motor coupling arrangement.
- AISI 316L external tie rods provide the specified stainless-steel construction around the pump end.
- The microcast discharge assembly incorporates the stainless steel non-return valve and lower support.
* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly

What thread size connects to the delivery port and how much flow does the pump supply?
Connecting to the Rp 2 1/2" (65 mm) top delivery port enables the ZN612/10 to pump a maximum flow volume of approximately 275 L/Min in standard 6-inch borehole installations.
How does this pump construction prevent corrosion in deep groundwater environments?
Guarding against corrosive subterranean aquifers, the ZN612-10 features AISI 316 stainless steel pump end, AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings, Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft, and Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling construction that withstands sand levels up to 100 g/m³.
What motor kilowatt rating and supply voltage are required to operate this unit?
Powering the ZN 612 10 necessitates a 6-inch NEMA compatible L6W motor providing 5.5 kW on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with 12.7 A current, accommodating water temperatures up to 35°C and immersion to 350 meters.
Is an internal check valve provided in the outlet and can this unit operate on an incline?
Integrated into the delivery casing, an integrated stainless steel non-return valve protects the ZN_612_10 from backflow, and horizontal operation is permitted at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor at the lowest position.
How high can this extraction pump push water up from an underground borehole?
Lifting water from deep subterranean reserves, the ZN612/10 attains a maximum dynamic head rating of approximately 113.4 m across its operating curve.
