Product Overview

For deep aquifer extraction, agricultural irrigation and mine dewatering systems requiring substantial hydraulic lift, the ZN612/19 provides a nineteen-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch installations. Its nineteen-stage arrangement is intended for high-lift groundwater applications and provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.

The ZN6 pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. A Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 shaft forms the rotating assembly, while the replaceable coupling uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The standard L6W motor configuration permits suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ and limits operating water temperature to 35°C.

Maximum head reaches 215 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection provides the delivery outlet, and the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.

The discharge assembly uses a microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are included for attachment during deep-well installation, providing the specified means of securing the pump end during lowering.

FEATURES

  • The nineteen radial stages provide the substantial hydraulic lift required for deep groundwater extraction.
  • Removable wear rings allow the hydraulic clearances to remain serviceable during maintenance.
  • AISI 316L impellers and diffusers provide the specified stainless-steel hydraulic construction.
  • The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft provides the specified rotating-shaft material.
  • The replaceable Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling supports the specified motor connection arrangement.
  • AISI 316L external tie rods continue the stainless-steel construction around the pump end.
  • The microcast discharge head incorporates the integrated stainless steel non-return valve and lower support.

What discharge port dimension is on this unit and what is the top flow performance?

Water discharge is managed through the Rp 2 1/2" (65 mm) threaded head, allowing the ZN612/19 to produce up to a peak flow of approximately 275 L/Min inside standard 6-inch borehole installations.

What materials safeguard this borehole pump against mineral corrosion and abrasive sand?

The corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel pump end, AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings, Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft, and Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling architecture of the ZN612-19 ensures prolonged reliability in water carrying sand up to 100 g/m³.

What motor power rating and electrical supply configuration does this pump require?

Running the ZN 612 19 assembly relies on a 6-inch NEMA L6W motor rated at 9.3 kW powered by 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 20.5 A, handling fluids up to 35°C and submersion up to 350 meters.

Does this borehole pump include a built-in check valve and can it be installed on an incline?

Protection from reverse fluid return is handled by an integrated stainless steel non-return valve inside the ZN_612_19, and horizontal installations are supported at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest.

What maximum vertical lift does this submersible pump achieve from deep borehole sources?

Deep underground extraction is facilitated by the ZN612/19, which maintains a maximum dynamic head of approximately 215.5 m across variable pipe runs.
