Product Overview
For deep-well extraction and dewatering systems requiring very high hydraulic lift, the ZN612/28 provides a twenty-eight-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch borehole installations. Its large number of hydraulic stages is intended for demanding deep-well applications and provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
The ZN6 construction uses AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/28 reaches a maximum head of 318 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Water is delivered through the standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection. A standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with an L6W submersible motor, and maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
At the discharge end, the microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) head and lower support incorporate the integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are provided for attachment during deep-well installation, supporting the controlled lowering and securing of the pump end.
FEATURES
- The twenty-eight-stage radial layout provides the high hydraulic lift required for deep-well groundwater extraction.
- Removable wear rings allow the hydraulic clearances to be serviced when required.
- AISI 316L radial impellers and diffusers provide the specified stainless-steel hydraulic construction.
- The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft provides the specified material for the rotating assembly.
- The replaceable Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling forms part of the motor coupling arrangement.
- AISI 316L tie rods and cable guard maintain the specified stainless-steel external construction.
- The microcast discharge head integrates the lower support and stainless steel non-return valve.
* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly

What total elevation head does this subterranean well unit produce under full operation?
Pushing water out of deep aquifers, the ZN612/28 produces a maximum dynamic head of approximately 318.6 m to overcome static elevation and friction.
What diameter pipe couples with the top outlet and how much water does it move?
The discharge head accommodates standard Rp 2 1/2" (65 mm) piping, enabling the ZN612-28 to reach a peak flow output of approximately 275 L/Min inside standard 6-inch borehole installations.
What construction materials give this submersible bore pump long-term corrosion defense?
Defending internal hydraulics from corrosive groundwater, the ZN 612 28 is manufactured with AISI 316 stainless steel pump end, AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings, Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft, and Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling and tolerates sand up to 100 g/m³.
Which motor kilowatt rating and electrical supply are specified for this bore pump?
The electric drive configuration for the ZN_612_28 requires a 6-inch NEMA L6W motor of 13 kW on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 28.1 A, engineered for temperatures up to 35°C and immersion to 350 meters.
Does this borehole unit feature an internal non-return valve and allow horizontal setups?
Built-in protection against fluid back-spin is supplied by an integrated stainless steel non-return valve in the ZN612/28, which supports horizontal installation at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest.
