Product Overview
For very deep borehole installations requiring exceptionally high hydraulic lift, the ZN612/32 provides a thirty-two-stage radial flow pump end within the six-inch ZN6 range. Its extensive stage arrangement is intended for deep-well groundwater extraction and provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
The pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803, while the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/32 achieves a maximum head of 367 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection provides the delivery outlet, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
The discharge arrangement uses a microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are incorporated into the discharge head to support lowering and securing the pump end during deep-well installation.
FEATURES
- The thirty-two-stage radial configuration provides the substantial hydraulic lift required for very deep borehole installations.
- Removable wear rings make the hydraulic clearances serviceable through maintenance.
- AISI 316L impellers and diffusers provide the specified stainless-steel construction across the radial stages.
- The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft provides the specified rotating assembly material.
- The replaceable Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling provides the specified coupling construction.
- AISI 316L tie rods and cable guard extend the stainless-steel construction around the pump end.
- The ASTM CF-8M microcast discharge head incorporates the lower support and integrated stainless steel non-return valve.
* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly

Which outlet thread dimension is on this unit and what peak flow does it generate?
Delivery piping attaches to the Rp 2 1/2" (65 mm) top outlet connection, with the ZN612/32 generating up to a peak flow of approximately 275 L/Min in standard 6-inch borehole installations.
How does this deep well pumping unit protect against abrasive grit and mineral corrosion?
The durable AISI 316 stainless steel pump end, AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings, Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft, and Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling casing and hydraulics of the ZN612-32 resist aggressive water while passing sand up to 100 g/m³.
What voltage and power ratings are necessary to drive this submersible borehole motor?
Driving the heavy-duty assembly of the ZN 612 32 requires a 6-inch NEMA L6W motor operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase at 32.1 A current draw, supporting well depths to 350 meters and temperatures to 35°C.
Is a built-in check valve included in the pump head and is horizontal mounting feasible?
Water backflow prevention is integrated into the ZN_612_32 discharge head via a stainless steel non-return valve, with horizontal orientation allowed at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest.
How deep into a borehole shaft can this pump operate while elevating water to ground level?
Subterranean well lifting performance is delivered by the ZN612/32, which reaches a peak dynamic head of approximately 367.2 m under full service.
