Product Overview

Where pressure boosting requires higher borehole lift, the ZN616/10 provides ten radial stages within a six-inch pump-end configuration. Its maximum head is 123 metres, while the hydraulic capacity remains 367 L/Min.

The pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. The shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The wet end is specified for suspended sand up to 100 g/m³.

With an L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C. Performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B, with water delivered through the Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded outlet. The standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection accommodates the L6W motor, with maximum immersion of 350 metres.

A microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support form the discharge assembly. The integrated stainless steel non-return valve provides backflow control, while safety-hook holes assist with borehole installation.

FEATURES

  • Ten radial stages provide the lift required for pressure boosting.

What thread size is featured on the discharge outlet and what maximum flow rate is possible?

Plumbing discharge connects directly through the top Rp 2 1/2" (65 mm) port, where the ZN616/10 discharges up to a peak flow of approximately 367 L/Min inside standard 6-inch borehole installations.

What construction materials protect this borehole pump against underground chemical attack?

Constructed from high-grade AISI 316 stainless steel pump end, AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers with removable wear rings, Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft, and Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling, the ZN616-10 resists mineral oxidation and erosion while managing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³.

What are the motor power rating and electrical voltage specifications for this unit?

Electrical operation involves pairing the ZN 616 10 with a 6-inch NEMA L6W motor rated at 7.5 kW on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase pulling 17 A, rated for water temperatures up to 35°C and submersion to 350 meters.

Is an internal non-return valve built into this pump and is horizontal orientation supported?

Preventing line drainage during shutdown, the ZN_616_10 incorporates an integrated stainless steel non-return valve in the microcast ASTM CF-8M discharge head and permits horizontal installation at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest.

How high can this submersible bore pump elevate water from deep underground water tables?

Under full operating conditions, the ZN616/10 achieves a maximum vertical dynamic head of approximately 123.3 m, ensuring strong discharge pressure from deep borehole shafts.
