Product Overview
The ZN616/24 provides twenty-four radial stages for industrial pressure boosting installations requiring very high hydraulic lift from a six-inch borehole. Its maximum head reaches 294 metres, with a maximum flow of 367 L/Min.
AISI 316 stainless steel is used for the pump-end construction, while AISI 316L stainless steel forms the impellers and diffusers. Removable wear rings are incorporated into the hydraulic stages. The shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. Suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C. Hydraulic performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection provides the discharge, with a standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection and maximum immersion of 350 metres.
The discharge assembly comprises a microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) head and lower support with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes assist with lowering and securing the pump end.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Is an integrated check valve present in the head and can this unit be positioned horizontally?
Reverse drainage is arrested in the ZN616/24 via an integrated stainless steel non-return valve in the microcast head, with horizontal mounting supported at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest.
