Product Overview
Industrial extraction tasks and municipal clean water distribution utilize the ZN895-01-3R multistage submersible electric pump. This model features a Duplex Stainless Steel motor configuration and belongs to the ZN895 range, offering robust lifting for aquifers. It allows for vertical installation in deep wells or horizontal deployment in pressure tanks where motor immersion is ensured.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the diffusers and diffusers handle aggregated structural stress during operation. The semi-axial flow impeller configuration processes liquids containing suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 72.9 kg and is specified for operating temperatures reaching a maximum of 25°C.
The 7.5 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 17 Amps for borehole duty cycles. It achieves a maximum total head of 26.9 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic geometry. These metrics enable robust groundwater management and consistent lifting for industrial distribution loops and agricultural irrigation projects.
Thermal protection includes Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged service life in deep boreholes. The assembly supports immersion depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for fluid containment. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the duplex shaft and maintain precise clearances.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
