Product Overview
Aquifer extraction for municipal water systems and high-volume irrigation sectors utilizes the ZN895-03/1A-3S multistage submersible electric pump. Part of the ZN895 range, this model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor and provides robust lifting for distribution tasks. It supports vertical installation in deep borehole wells or horizontal deployment where motor immersion is ensured.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and suction support handle aggregated mechanical loads during operation. The hydraulic configuration uses three stages with one reduced diameter impeller to handle cleaner water containing sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³. The assembly weighs 122.4 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
A 22 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 47.3 Amps for industrial borehole duty. The pump achieves a maximum total head of 76.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through its semi-axial hydraulic arrangement. These specifications support dedicated groundwater management for recreational complexes and industrial pressure maintenance loops.
Thermal protection features Class F insulation and an IP68 rating for submerged duty life in deep boreholes. The assembly supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from technopolymer POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes provide hydraulic stability and support the duplex shaft assembly during service.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
