Product Overview
Clean water transfer for municipal distribution and consistent groundwater management utilize the ZN895-03-3S multistage submersible pump. Part of the ZN895 range, this model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration and provides high-volume extraction. It is suitable for vertical borehole installation or horizontal mounting in reservoirs provided the motor is situated at the lowest position.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and diffusers provide structural integrity against Aggressive media environments. The three full-diameter semi-axial impellers process water containing suspended sand content reaching 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 131.4 kg and is rated for clean water temperatures reaching a maximum of 25°C.
A 30 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for industrial service. It achieves a maximum total head of 80.7 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic arrangement. These performance values support intensive water lifting and pressure maintenance infrastructure in large-scale residential and agricultural networks.
Protection features include Class F insulation with an IP68 enclosure rating for continuous submerged borehole service life. The system allows for installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from technopolymer POM-C and EPDM bearing bushes provide precisely maintained clearances and support the duplex shaft assembly.

- Stainless steel cable covers provide mechanical protection for the power leads along the pump casing.
- The integrated non-return valve features a stainless steel spring to prevent liquid backflow and water hammer.
Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
