Product Overview
Industrial distribution loops and municipal water supply systems utilize the ZN895-05/3A-3R multistage submersible unit for high-capacity extraction. This model features a Duplex Stainless Steel motor configuration and belongs to the ZN895 manufacturer series range. It is suitable for vertical installation in deep wells or horizontal deployment where a minimum 3-degree inclination ensures immersion.
Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the suction support and diffusers handle aggregated structural stress during borehole duty. The hydraulic end features five stages with three reduced diameter impellers designed to handle liquids containing sand up to 100 g/m³. The pump unit weighs 168.9 kg and is rated for liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
The 37 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 81.8 Amps for borehole service cycles. The assembly achieves a maximum total head of 122.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through its semi-axial hydraulic geometry. This configuration provides the pressure maintenance infrastructure needed for intensive water distribution in residential water networks and industrial facilities.
Safety containment includes Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep borehole submerged duty. The unit supports immersion depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical seals housed in an oil chamber for containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly during continuous operation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
